Dr. Stambaugh is not currently accepting new clients.

Dr. Suzanne Stambaugh is a licensed psychologist in the State of Texas. She obtained her undergraduate degree in psychology at Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio, and her masters and doctorate degrees in clinical psychology at the California Institute for Integral Studies in San Francisco, California. In her private psychotherapy practice, she works primarily with adults in an eclectic relational and attachment oriented style, with specializations in existential issues and living with psychotic disorders. Dr. Stambaugh has been conducting psychological, cognitive, and forensic assessments for the last four years, and believes that assessment best serves the interest of both the individual and the requesting agency when it utilizes actuarial technique within the context of a thorough clinical interview and supportive environment. Assessment is an important tool within mental health and social service agencies not only in determining appropriate interventions and treatments, but also in helping people to become active participants in services that can help them attain and maintain sobriety, to find and maintain stable employment, to learn appropriate interpersonal boundaries, and to make lifestyle changes necessary for continued health and wellness.
