Data Collected: We collect clients’ names, phone numbers, appointment details, and any additional information necessary to facilitate messaging. This information is collected only with the client’s explicit opt-in consent. Use of Data: Client data is used exclusively to send appointment reminders, updates, and other communications related to their mental health services. We do not use this data for marketing or purposes unrelated to client care. Third-Party Sharing: We do not share or sell any client personal data, including phone numbers or opt-in status, with third parties beyond those directly involved in delivering these text messages (e.g., our approved messaging platform). Client opt-in information is strictly confidential and not disclosed. Opt-In/Opt-Out Management: Clients provide explicit consent to receive text messages. They can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting our office, after which we ensure messaging ceases promptly. Data Security: We implement appropriate safeguards to protect client information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Contact Form Security: Contacts opt in on our website contact page by checking a box to agree to receive messages. Message types, frequency and rates, as well help and opt-out instructions are disclosed. We confirm that no mobile opt-in info is shared with 3rd parties, and provide links to our privacy policy and terms and conditions.
