Our new patient intake packet includes the optional Easy Pay Credit Card Processing form. If you signed up for Easy Pay, you already have a card on file with us, so our staff will run your card following your therapy session.
Do not pay for your session using this website portal if you are on our Easy Pay Plan, or you may be double charged. If you are uncertain if you are on Easy Pay, call us at (512) 704-8349 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to check your status before making a payment.
If you do not wish to be on our Easy Pay plan. Send an email to email@example.com stating "Remove me from Easy Pay" and we will review your account for any remaining balances. If there is a balance, we will contact you to determine how to clear the balance. Once the balance is cleared, we will remove you from Easy Pay and notify you of your removal. You will be responsible for making all future payments by paying via our web portal or calling our front desk to process your card over the phone.
Only pay for your session using this portal if you are NOT on our Easy Pay plan.
If you have a balance you wish to clear, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to verify the balance is correct before making payment.
Note: Feel free to pay for No-Shows using this portal.
