Dr. Ericka Brothers is a licensed psychologist in the state of Texas. She completed her undergraduate studies in psychology, French, and criminal justice at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She earned her master’s and doctorate degrees in clinical psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, specializing in forensic psychology. Dr. Brothers’ primary clinical focus has always been assessment, with experience conducting pre-trial psychological evaluations for juvenile and adult criminal offenders as well as training in pre-employment and fitness for duty evaluations for police and other public safety officers. After graduating and moving to Texas in 2012, her work transitioned to conducting evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults, including for the Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services, Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, foster agencies, and in divorce and child custody cases. Dr. Brothers has extensive experience conducting pre-surgical bariatric evaluations and can provide diagnostic assessments and recommendations for individuals for a variety of concerns related to mood, behavior, intellectual and adaptive functioning, development, personality, etc.
