Chanveen Taneja, LPC-Associate
Supervised by Jaime Telfeyan, LPC- Supervisor

I am a licensed professional counselor associate in Texas, supervised by Jaime Telfeyan. I got my bachelor’s degree in economics at the University of Madras, India, and my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at Colorado Christian University in Lakewood, Colorado. I’m passionate about helping people who want to explore spirituality and, in the process, understand their purpose and meaning of life. I believe we are all spiritual beings here to live meaningful lives.
Anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, grief and loss, identity, and many other issues can be resolved when one can comprehend the big picture of life and how every piece of the puzzle fits in it, including our existence. My knowledge about reincarnation and the law of karma forms the lens and aids me to discern the current life challenges one is going through.
I offer counseling from a holistic perspective that considers the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. My approach is genuine, warm, and validating. I aspire to help individuals cultivate self-confidence, self-healing, and self-acceptance. I provide a safe, caring, and non-judgmental environment to explore your feelings, beliefs, and behaviors to gain insight and offer tools to help create a lasting change. Since every individual is unique, I customize our sessions to address your specific needs. I enjoy working with adults and groups. I tend to lean towards existential, meditation, and mindfulness-based modalities.
