Fees and Insurance:
To better serve our community, certain providers offer services on a sliding-fee scale. Some clinicians offer evening and weekend appointments. Please inquire for details.
WAYS TO USE YOUR INSURANCE:
Many insurance companies offer "out-of-network benefits". This allows you the flexibility to choose a therapist outside of your insurance network, while still taking advantage of your insurance coverage. To access "out-of-network benefits" you must first pay the therapist's fee up front (at the time of session). We will then provide you with a special receipt you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Insurance companies often reimburse 40% - 80% of the standard fee, after a yearly deductible is met, with a limit of sessions per calendar year. Many clients choose this option so they can see the clinician of their choice.

Payments are due at the beginning of each session. Please be aware that you are responsible for paying amounts left unpaid by your insurance company (e.g.,deductibles).

No Shows, Balances and Returned Checks:
Returned Check Fee: $25.00
No Show Fee: $50
No-show fees and balances on your account may be paid on-line safely and securely via PayPal. Co-pays must be paid in person at the time of appointment. Co-pays are collected prior to your session.
Please call 512-704-8349 to attain your remaining balance (Balance Due). You may then pay the balance using PayPal or we can process your payment over the telephone via credit card. Your receipt will be mailed to you by front desk staff. Should you chose to pay online via PayPal, be sure to retain your receipt for your records.
Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to your appointment time or you will be billed a $50.00 No-Show fee for the missed session. Please be aware that the $50.00 No-Show fee applies to initial intake appointments as well as continuing psychotherapy sessions. You may leave a message at (512) 704-8349, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week notifying us of your intent to cancel. You may also email your clinician at the email address shown on the provider page. Missed sessions cannot be billed to insurance and as such, you are fully responsible for payment of the No-Show fee. The $50.00 No-Show fee must be paid before any future sessions are scheduled.
