Samantha Goodin, PsyD
Dr. Samantha Goodin is a licensed psychologist in the State of Texas. She completed her undergraduate studies in Spanish and psychology at Kenyon College. She earned her master’s degree in counseling from the University of Pennsylvania and her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the University of Indianapolis. She works primarily with adults (age 18+) and has expertise in working with college students and young adults. In her assessment work, Dr. Goodin addresses questions about psychiatric diagnosis, academic achievement, intellectual abilities, social/emotional functioning, and other difficulties in everyday living. She seeks to help patients gain a greater understanding of their areas of difficulty, areas of strength, and next steps for moving forward. In particular, she has expertise in providing assessments for ADHD. She also has experience in conducting evaluations for bariatric surgery candidates, as well as pre-employment evaluations for police/firefighter candidates.
