Law Enforcement, Security, FBI Assessment

InSight has multiple psychologists who provide forensic assessments. These include pre-employment psychological evaluations and fitness for duty assessments for peace officers, security officers, dispatchers and other law enforcement related positions. We also provide assessments for officers needing follow-up evaluations to confirm their continued fitness for duty.
Recognizing the importance of the pre-employment psychological evaluation for both the performance of the candidate and the preservation of public safety, we use multiple screening measures and conduct a thorough clinical interview and mental status exam. Our goal is to provide departments with viable candidates with the potential to serve the public safely and competently.
