It’s my belief that no one goes through life without help and sometimes that help needs to be from a professional. I’m a passionate and skilled helper providing professional counseling. It’s hard asking for help! I acknowledge the courage it takes to seek this out and consider myself honored to walk this part of your journey with you. I will be there for you and together we will work toward your goals. Through compassionate and dedicated collaboration, I work with you to identify barriers and stressors that are causing conflict. This is a process and can take time. I will provide a safe place to explore and patience when it’s hard. All people live complex and distinct lives; I tailor my counseling modalities to the individual; however, my overarching approach is Person-Centered (Humanistic). This means I believe that you know best about yourself and I trust the direction you want to follow. I primarily utilize Relational and Reality styles but also incorporate cognitive-behavioral techniques into the treatment process. Let me assist you in achieving a thriving life. I consider it an honor and privilege to be a part of your experience.
